1. Google Search---- images, you tube videos, Wikipedia
2. Google search-- Look past the top 10 results- BLOGS, etc.
3. Vary your search terms- example- WIZARDS, GANDALF, TOLKIEN, The HOBBIT, LORD OF THE RINGS
4. Twitter- search #Tolkien and be AMAZED at what you find!!
5. Find INTERESTING FACTS, WORLD RECORDS, FESTIVALS, etc.- Teach us things we didn't know.
6. Gather your facts with EVERNOTE, or some system that works for you.
7. Try some alternative search engines here
8. Did you know there are Middle Earth recipes for Hobbits and Elves. Ms. Phillips may be interested. Could we make some in class?  Recipes for Hobbits and Elves

If your gathering of information is limited to Google then you need to expand your skill at using this tool. We haven't even mentioned databases yet.
